PETS We welcome up to 3 dogs with prior approval. Pet fees apply per pet, per stay ($100). Please be sure pets are well behaved and follow all house rules. If you’re considering more than 3 dogs or larger breeds, please send an inquiry for approval. PARKING Parking is available for up to 5 vehicles in the driveway. Additional vehicles will require carpooling. Nearby public parking options may be available depending on the season. GUEST COUNT The home accommodates a maximum of 12 guests, including children and infants. Please ensure your total guest count is accurate at booking. LAKESIDE SETTING The property is lakeside with water views, but there is no direct lake access from the yard. HOT TUB & SAUNA Hot tub and sauna use is at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times. No food, drinks, or unsupervised children are permitted in the hot tub. The hot tub and sauna are not guaranteed amenities and may be unavailable at any time for any reason, including but not limited to maintenance, repairs, weather conditions, or operational issues. Availability is not guaranteed, and no refunds, credits, or compensation will be provided if the hot tub or sauna is unavailable during your stay. WATER & UTILITIES The home is on a well water system, which may occasionally appear slightly discolored or contain natural sediment. This is common and safe to use. The property is on a private sewer system — please flush toilet paper only. SECURITY The property has exterior-only security cameras covering the driveway/entry and exterior areas. These are used for guest safety and to ensure the home is prepared for arrival. Cameras are not actively monitored during guest stays, and there are no interior cameras. HOUSE POLICIES Minimum age to rent is 25 Primary guest must stay for the duration of the reservation ID verification and a signed rental agreement are required to finalize your booking This is not a party house PROFESSIONAL CLEANING The property is professionally cleaned and maintained by a trusted, vetted local team. AMENITIES PROVIDED Hospitality-style essentials including shampoo, conditioner, towels, hot tub towels, hair dryers, and basic household supplies. Other things to note: ~ Minimum age to rent is 25 and primary guest must stay for the duration of the booking. ~ A photo ID to verify age at the time of booking is required to finalize your reservation. ~ A rental contract MUST be signed online via the booking link within 24 hours of booking. If desired, please request a sample contract prior to booking. ✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1,000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $50 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
